interior and exterior make over

Im about to under go the painstaking interior led swap lol. Im thinking of making all the button lights and the ac display blue then the clock white and gauges a mix of white and blue idk I gotta see when I open it up. But I was just posting to see if any one has any tips as this will be my first attempt at this sort of thing. Hope I dont mess anything up haha...

This is a very technical process and you need to triple check every bulb because you are never going to want to open back up those parts after you finish.

Buy 1.25x the needed amount of bulbs and use nitrile gloves during installation so your finger oils don't mess the board up in the long run.

... And remember someone who knows their stuff may appreciate this, but this cuts into resale value because this is not a direct replacement part from infiniti.

Good Luck! Search around for other members that have done it before and follow their tips.

Ok I messed with it a little and I got the gas temp to work accurately but the tach is not as responsive as before it's accurate but slow moving? And the speedo moves in steps 0 straight to 20 then to 40 like it's sticking idk

I did just I plugged it back in to make sure all the lights work properly and you kinda have to take it out all the way or you wont be able to get to the two screws behind holding that plastic dash shroud thing to the cluster.

I put too much blue paint lol now I have to let it cure and sand off some layers lol And im still waiting for the t5 lights to arrive then all the amber light will be white.
as for the ac display im thinking to make a clear screen out of plexi and spray a candy blue to make the light blue instead of that aqua color I cant find any BLUE tint where I live or on the internet

Finally all my lights for the cluster came in and im pretty proud of my self this being my first time doing this. Figured out why my gauges werent working properly I had them pushed in too far now they are calibrated and working properly I know theres hot spots but im planning on changing the face to a professional one just wanted to see what I could do with the stock one idk I like it for now but its pretty tiring on the eyes. Now I just have to put everything together and wait for the 1206s for the ac.
