Question Fuse for license plate lights

Two questions really. I was parked in a questionable area and when I came out one of my license plate lights was pulled out and it looks like the fuse is blown now. Sounds a little too gone in 60-seconds for me but, could you get in to a car through there?

More importantly, where is this fuse, I must be missing it when I check?

And owners manuals

https://owners.infinitiusa.com/conte...-G37-Sedan.pdf

And multimeters to test with and fuse boxes to look in and inspect
