You change the clearance bulb the same time you change the fog. They are both in the same housing underneath the front wheel wells. I had to take my front tires off, but possibly you don't have to with a stock wheel. You have to turn your wheel all the way, unscrew 1 screw, and undo about 6 tabs, then pull the plastic cover off and you'll see housing to the lighting, then at the point just change out the bulbs. These instructions are in a nutshell, there are about 3 sites that are 10x more detailed than this..... do a search.
