High Beam/Fog light and Clearance Light on Coupe
After meeting some of the owners @ the Toronto G35 Meeting on Sunday, I decided to try to change my High Beam/Fog Light and Clearance Light on my Coupe...
Man, was it ever a bit@h to change it... but it looks awesome now.... The PIAA Plasma Spark Blue 7500k is brighter than HID.... The Clearance light is also xenon white now....
I have also changed the interior light to Xenon White bulb
I have included some pix

Nicely done. You didn't have to take the wheels off to save some time. Just curious, when I changed my H4 and clearance lights there was only 5 tabs and 2 screws that need to removed, looks like you toke off both the front and back portion of the fenders . Ya, it was a b***h changing it but well worth it. It makes a big difference. Nice meeting all your guys at the meet.

Nice work D. Yea, same with AceIt, i just rotated the wheels over to one side and stuck my hand in behind the plastic fender guard. Good job non the less.
Just a suggestion: To help ur friend Ho and his shop out, you should ask him to get stuff for our cars and start a group purchase of different items. Would help us save money too. Then again, i don't have much money so no more mods until after winter for me =)

Hey Derek,
See if your friend can hooks us up with signal light cover. Also curious on much it will cost to get it installed. Stalker (Eric) wants a pair and is planning to get from Japan from a friend. Let us know what your friend can do.

hey Derek,
Good work on the light, I am impressed.
Yeah, I was talking to AceIt about the Turn signal mirror cover from Japan. I have a good idea on how much should I decided to go with direct purchase from Japan via a friend. Obviously, the cheaper the better, how soon you think you can get any response from you buddy there?
Cheers

The list price on Nissan website is 37,900 Japanese Yen, plus 5% of their tax plus shipping cost, it's in the ball park of $560 Canadian. None of us has actually received the parts, so don't really have an accurate figure.
What does your buddy do? I am sorry that I didn't quite catch the conversation you had with Rumble on Sunday. Is he some sort of importer? Anyways, regardless whether he can beat it or not, if he CAN get it for sure in a timely manner, please ask him to price it anyways.
Here is the link to the Nissan page where the Turn signal mirror is located, just in case you don't have the link. It's always a good idea to make sure the exact product we are talking about here. It's roughly the 10th link on the right side of that page.

Thanks man. Is there one for your coupe?
Cheers
