Good point, the pics are obviously '03 - '04

The '05 housings are a different shape, the interior may be different too.

From this pic, I'd say '05 are going to require a different setup.

Question...

How visible are the angel eyes? At night time with the lights on, would the halo's still be visible..or would they get drowned out by the HID's?

Another Question...

Could you clear out the ugly orange signal blinker on them?

These may still fit the 05-06 because the back of the openings still look similar. Who has a spare 05-06 headlight for me to test fit?

These are very visable, you can see them in the daylight and they are not drowned out by the HIDs.

As for the ETA questions it depends on how soon I can get a '05-06 light to test fit.

In Canada we have the daytime running lights (DTRL)

It'd be nice to use these as DTRLs
Checked into cct for DRLs
Basically it's a cct driven from the ignition that makes a series connection
through both Hi Beams.
This gives you the reduced output for DRL.

The DRL is controlled with a relay control module to make the series connection.
It wouldn't be to difficult to change the cct to drive the "eyes" instead.

& with a couple of diodes you could use the parking cct as well.
This way they'd be on at all times
