We have installed literally hundreds of these kits on Lexus and never have problems with condensation because of the technique we use. If you just follow the included instructions you will not get moisture in the lights.

No, if you do the installation yourself just use a heat gun rather than the oven becaus you may get tiny bulbbles in the shield from the adhesive. If you use the oven you bake longer on a lower temp to avoid bubbles.
