Brake lights on?

Brake lights on?
I brought my G35 sedan in for the B.S. recall, since i got it back my brakes lights go on whenever they want, i drive they are on, sometimes they flash or blink on and off, does anyone know what is going on? thanks

not the brake light on the dashboard, my brake lights on the back of the car, they just go on whenever they want? i don't understand what it is

There's another post on here about this-- someone had the same problem: took it in for the recall, and they acttually mis-wired the new brake line so that they were on all the time, only to go off when the brake pedal was depressed (yeah, THAT'S safe). Run a search and I'm sure you'll find it... my guess would be to take it back to the dealer, say "I'm giving up a day for this- you might want to throw in a free oil change" and get it fixed.
