Never got around to it since it was originally PMed to me, so I was just forwarding it.

************************************************** *******
Headlight Housing Blinker mod: Allows for amber bulb to remain off until used.
************************************************** *******

No need to cut any wires. All you need to do is modify the bulb's conductors. Remove the bulbs then cut the center wires (2 & 3) close to the glass. I also used electrical tape to cover the connections (2 & 3) just incase so that there is no contact. I will post a close up picture that will explain this later after I get home from work since I don't have it on my work comp.

The bulbs are a bitch to take out. If you have thin arms you can reach the passenger bulb from under the hood, but the drivers side you'll have to go through the fender well because the airbox is in the way.

They will only blink when signaling, and off rest of the time.

Thanks....
I like the solution; simple & no cutting into the harness
