Tera PIAA Leds
So I just got my new LEDs from Japan and they came with a resistor and a bunch of other parts to them. They look like they would just go right into place but that obviously did not work. So I have no idea how to put the resistor together because the instructions are in Japanese and do I need to cut any wires to put them into the clearance strip? Any help would be great!!!
