***First off...My 2004 'Gc' did not come with an Owner's Manual, so I have not been able to find an answer to this question using that info!!!

Problem: I can't seem to control whether my foglights are ON or OFF using the switch on the steering wheel arm. They are always ON, regardless of how I position the switch (OFF/"picture of LIGHT")!!!

1. Does anyone know how I can shut these OFF so that I only have the LOW BEAMS ON?
2. Is it possible that the previous owner messed the wiring when replacing a bulb or something, and if so how could I tell if the wiring is proper (Schematics...anyone)?
3. Is there a way to have only the 'clearance strips' lit up?
I'm stumped!
