You don't want 8000k bulbs. Save your money and do a projector retro, or buy '06 headlights.

8000k bulbs = crappy lighting 1800-2200lu Vs. 3200lu 4300k

get some 6000k bulbs. Good color and goo lighting IMO... the best you can get in both worlds(good looks and good lighting)

but the 6000K looks cooler on than the stock bulbs just not as cool as the 8000K. But getting the 8000K I will not be able to see as good at night. Just want to make sure i am reading all this right.

The higher the Kelvin rating you go, the less available light there is on the road.

~4500k is ideal and will give you the most white light. Most agree that 6000k is a healthy balance of color and light output.

If you are concerned with light output, but want a little bit more color in your bulbs, get the Philips Ultinons. They're 6000k and a great bulb. Don't forget to get the D2R size.

That and you really want to sell yours! Don't gots to go 8k to see too good, uh huh.

Like I said, save your money, and for $580.00 get '06 projectors. That and no "good" company makes a 8000k bulb, anyways.

Are you going to value the opinion of a guy who can't spell half his words right? In my opinion 8000K bulbs are garbage. In addition to their laughable output. They are pricey and usually made to last only a very short time. Do yourself a favor and buy 06 projectors and color mod them. You will get superior output and your car will look nice during the day.

bump on that but you have to like the purple look as they are not the blue lower spectrum bulbs. RX
