I have used a few, and i think Xtec HID kits are the best with value in concern. http://www.understeer.com/onlinestore-lighting.shtml is the cheapest place I can find now with free shipping $320 Shipped. I would get the Xtec Kit with 5000k bulb from them.

They would look so much better if the foglights were pushed out as far as they can go so they lined up vertically with the headlights.

Im planning something like that as well. may be pushing about 0.5" out of the grill. but still trying think what to use to make a bracket to hold it since the stock bumper is not far out enough to hold the hella bracket that comes with the kit?
