If you take the $250 then you're agreeing to a satisfactory resolution. I'm sure you know that though.
I'm still trying to get my money back from visionbulbs.com. Those bastards sent me the wrong bulbs, and now won't refund the money even after I sent them back. Now I'm out $40 + $15 shipping. Bastards.
