Mcoulloch Hid Light Conversion Kits!

I Will Be Ordering The H1 Kit Tomorrow, The Price On Ebay Is 279.00 Free Shipping, Which Is A Reasonable Price, In Comparison To All The Other Conversion Kits. I Bought My Car In August Of 02, I Was Not Aware That My Car Unfortunately, Did Not Come With Hid Lights, They Became Standard Equipment In 03. These Hid Kits Are German Made, And I Have Read Very Good Reviews. I Also Want To Change The Small Bulbs In The Forlight Area Of The Headlight . Does Anyone Know What Type Of Bulb It Holds? Also The Type Of Bulb On The Sidemarkers?

The foglight bulbs are H4's and the corners i think are 168. Post pics when you get the HID kit put in.

I would not recommend putting an HID kit in stock housings, you will get a ton of glare, no cutoff line, and output will not be all that great. Also the "german" made kits are typically only using "german" made ballasts such as hella or philips, but are using cheap asian made bulbs or rebased crap. The best/easiest solution would be to get the 06 headlight housings+bulbs, cost me less than 800 after shipping and buying all the bulbs. Output is a lot better than even the OEM HID from 03-05 and it adds to the style as well.
