No, they're designed to withstand the heat. Your whole headlight housing is plastic as well right?

makes sense. I just figured since the actual cap would touch the hot glass, it'd melt away faster than our plastic headlight housings.

They dont even touch the bulb, when you install them.

They are usually used for Snowmobiles,, so they can see the snow good.
So that kinda gives me the idea they wouldnt melt.

sorry you're thinking of the bulb condoms, which these are not. This is a hard plastic shroud that is mounted over the bulb and attached to the H4 ring.

The first and last pic are without flash, the 2nd pic is with flash.

Easy install of the yellow caps.

Will post pics of them on the road...later.

I love how the yellow looks on all your rides. I replaced my fogs many moons ago with Silverstars. I'm too lazy now to do it again. Although I never use high beams that much I would be curious as to the difference in light output between the yellow and stock or Silverstars. Any way to measure?

I like the yellow caps you used DJGenuine. I haven't seen them before. Where did you buy?

I have heard of these, do they make two color ones? So that high beams are clear and fogs are yellow? I would love to have that!
