PIAA Extreme White 168 Bulbs Legal for Sedan Parking Lights?

I ordered a set of CATZ Fair White H4's for my fog/high beams and want to have a whiter parking bulb since its in the same reflector. The PIAA Extreme White 168 seems to be a good solution. However, since you can see the parking bulb and it is tinted blue unlit, am I asking for a ticket?

Is the only legal whiter light (or at least closer to the HID and new fog) going to be a white LED?
