Hi,

I've blacked-out my headlights a while ago with Transparent Black Window Tint from Testor. It didn't turn out as dark as I'd like so I'm planning to re-do 'em.

What's the best way to strip out the existing paint?
Also, I'm going for sort of chrome-black finish. Any recommendation on the paint choice?
