does anyone know any shop/professional that can smoke tail lights in the bay area, california region? or do those tail lights have to be custom made? also, what is the cut off legal grade for california with smoked lights?

i've heard of some 'non-professional' techniques, but im not too confident in my DIY abilities. thanks!

coo... right on, so where can i order/purchase these overlays? also, should i apply any clear bra before or after the overlays--or does it matter?
