I just got ma 06 projecters put in i noticed that wen i flash the brights there is a weird pop noise from the headlight, i cant hear it in the car, but wen i was standing outside to see how the brights are i hear a pop when they are ignited.. is this normal???

Yes it is, basically when you click the brights, its moving the reflector to angle the beam higher and make it brighter. something to that effect, like your not actually turning on a brighter light, or giving it more power, its just changing the position of something to make it brighter, so your hearing whatever it is thats moving.

 

FYI its moving the cutoff shield out-of-the-way. That's all.
