I can see the goal if you are blacking them out but that pic of the ones painted silver....That look horrible, and I hate to say it but the GTR tail lights are Fugly in my opinion...But whatever floats your boat.

HOW DID YOU DO THAT?? I love that look and would love to put LED's in turn signals and make them act as brake lights. What are you using as rear turn signals?

Overlays will never look as good as a painted housing:

I have an ivory pearl '05 6mt sedan and I am looking into getting the bat 6/10smoke overlays for the tail lights. i had a few questions.

is it just one single piece of tint that covers the entire tail light?

doesn't that make the lights look a little bit blurry when u turn them on?
