Wow, I didn't think I wanted to 06 lights because they took out the lite up clearance stripes... but with those overlays on ther they look frickn HOT!

heh no shop sells them for that much,someone bought my old lights for 550,so i only spent 150

 

Nice I think the light strip on the side of the older Gs is mega unecessary and makes things look too busy..especially with overlays.. your front is looking much nicer after installing those projectors... cant wait too see you color match all those HIDs. and bro those DRLs on the high beam possitions are sweet when you turn them on with the fogs "drools"

I disagree.. 8000K is aqua not that ricer royal blue 10,000Ks that everyone on the street with escalades and civics gets...

 

Actually it's not blue it's more purplish haha...

Either way... you start losing usable light on the ground at 5000K and above.

What's the point of going backwards in technology if you have HID's. It's just like those guys with blue bulb halogen.. they should make a halogen kit for your hid's for pepole who want that bluish purplish look at 8000k since it'll be hundreds of dollars cheaper.

The reason anything abouve 5000k is useless, is because the higher the K you go, the further away your going from the "visible light" spectrum, and unless you can see infered and ultraviolet light, then the light your putting down on the ground in front of your vehicle will become dimmer then stock.

But anyways back on topic, that overlay looks nice
