NO! A guy in Seattle offered my 50 to paint headlights, calipers, and grille. I ended up doing calipers and grille myself, so it would be even cheaper. I saw his work on evos and Sti's and it looks great. He just enjoys doing it though.

What is you thoughts on Overlays? Is it just the inside housings you wanted to paint? I think that the $185 is pretty high. I would say that $100 would be reasonable.

only reason i am charging more is because he said he wanted it paint matched. have to take it to a body shop to get painted...if you just want spray paint, it looks good, but REAL PAINT looks a lot better. it wouldn't be $185 either...since you have black there is no need to get a paint match. it would be $150 w/professional paint job

well i dont like overlays too much for the headlights but thats just my opinion i know alot of members have them but not for the headlights it sort of looks out of place except for the opaque? ones for the 06 those actually look ok but the rest just isnt as clean as having your head lights painted from the inside i do like the tail light over lays though and i like your clear corner overlays danno those are different :]

My work also includes clearing out the amber lens. This gives it a much better overall look.If you take it apart, might as well go all the way.Between spray paint and paint shop,it would be very hard to tell the difference under the lens.
