I have a set that are painted black and have some LEDs as well! Did it myself! I will sell the set I have as a pair! Let me know if u still need some!

Yes they could but you would have to remove the lens again. You could just not turn them on as they are hooked to a switch! You cant even notice them if they are not on! The only thing they could use a lens buffing as they are used!
