i don't understand the point of posting that.

everything is legit. how do you know it wasn't sealed properly. instead of making rash assumptions ask some questions.

I only put $800 b/c i had to post a price. like i said it's very negotiable.. i just want some offers to see how much people would pay.. it's a FEELER.

lights were modded by forum member "irockag35" who i've heard does an excellent job.

if you're truly interested i can ask him specifics but for $400 i'm not wasting my time.
