5) a pair of 05 reflector rear part of the assembly, and a pair of 06 projector rear part of assembly MINUS projector lens. none of these come with wireharness/ballast. all the bulbs can be included for you except D2S/D2R HID bulbs. Also, all the tabs are gone on these backings. obviously needs to be used for parts, or fab some brackets to save the assembly.

yes, they are all damaged in some way. its shown in the picture above.
not quite sure what u mean by turn signal ballast. no ballast for turn signal..its just the part of the harness. ballast is only needed for HID lows.
