Passenger side only. 3M protective film professionally applied. 2 broken tabs. Bulbs not included.

does it still bolt up ok? ballast included?

My car was in an accident last year and was hit on the driver's side. That's why I only have the 1 headlight. Not sure how the tabs got broken since there was no damage to that side. The body shop probably wasn't too careful removing the front end.

Anyway 2 tabs are broken so you're gonna need to get it repaired. No ballast.

What's that big hole on top? Is that where a broken tab was? Will it still mount sturdily with the tabs broken off?

That's where tab was broken off. Needs to be repaired.
