  • "Missing the cover" meaning the cover for behind the HID bulb? I'm assuming this was what you were trying to show in the pictures.
  • Are any of the mounting tabs broken/damaged? It doesn't seem like it but just want to be sure.

The cover behind the HID bulb is whats missing, yes...

There are no broken tabs. Thanks for the question, I should have included that.
