I started on this project and never finished a few years ago. All the parts are there except the ballast also have no broken tabs. I baked one of the lights and painted it matte black and also removed the amber lens.

Little off topic, did you paint them your self? if so did you sand them down or just painted them?

 

I sanded it a little so the paint could adhere to it better.
