It's crazy that these have been for sale for over a month then in a single day there's 4 people that want them.

Just like my ad says. (First to pay gets them). Everyone had the same chance to buy them and send payment since my info was in the original post. I have been selling online for over 10 years. There's so many people that say they will take an item and never follow through so this is the way I do it.
I shouldn't have to defend myself but here's the first person who paid and for the $60 asking price.

 

not a good system if you ask me, begging for problems honestly, it opens up a possibility for you to get double or even more payments, because also per your instructions I paid and actually posted that I paid you, your first buyer obviously did not do that, I could care less, honestly, ill just get bump style for 30 bucks less, however, when you are negotiating a price with someone I think its a good practice to allow that person to buy what you are negotiating for. this is all my opinion and personal preference, you can do business however you like to.

 

I can't control over what other people post. I only ask people to post that they paid to be courteous to others until I can get online and post that there sold.

I'm not sure where you get the idea there was a negotiation. My ad never said OBO or accepting offers. The price was $60 shipped . You made an offer and I said no but to accommodate you I gave you the option of cheaper shipping and covering the fees.

Someone else was interested and paid before I ever heard back from you.

To me it's a lot easier to issue a refund rather then losing a sale because I'm waiting to hear back from someone who isn't going to follow through with a purchase. I'm not saying that's you since it's not in this case.

Just take a look at all the for sale threads heck even this one.
This was after you and 1 other person posted they would take them.
So what happens if the first 2 people never pay and I go to the third but he found a pair elsewhere? Should I be stuck with the item I'm selling?
This happens all the time and that's why I do it as first to pay gets the item.
