2006 passenger side OEM projector headlight
-Crystal clear lens.
-Complete with all bulbs and ballast.
-Repaired top tab . Several coats of epoxy with metal reinforcement (see photo). I think this thing is stronger than original now.
-Both bottom tabs intact and in great shape.
-Original side tab/mount missing but fabricated new one from galvanized metal (see photo). Does not protrude as far as OEM for strength and flex purposes so 6-7 fender washers need to be used...if that makes sense. (I test fit it several times to get it right.) Nothing is screwed into the actual headlight housing but rather bolted to the "excess" abs plastic material where the original mount was. I can include the stainless fender washers and stainless screws that I was going to use for final positioning if you so desire.
