I have a 06 Drivers side Headlight assembly. I was going to do a retrofit on it, but decided not too.
Lens is in very good condition. a few small scuffs. but nothing major that won't come out with a good cleaning. NO hair line cracks. The assembly does have one broken tab. The tab at the top.
Everything else is good.
