G35 wheels on M35

Does anyone know if I can use my winter tires mounted on G35 Sport wheels on an M35?

You "should" but I believe the M series uses a huge 50mm offset or similar. If the wheels are from the sedan, you might have a fighting chance.

But any particular reason not to just try them on?

I am only contemplating the purchase of the M. If I know in advance that I can use the wheels, then I have the $1K expense of winter wheels and tires covered. And, yes, they are from the sedan.

They would fit; if you don't mind the wheels stick out a bit further since they are 18x8" with +30 mm offset
