Can anyone here tell me what the difference is between the 06 and the 07 m?

Does the 07 have any new features?

06 passenger side seat is 6 way adjustable vs 07 has 10 way adjustable

07 AWD models must have advanced technology package to get xenons

06 models jjourney package had the xenons in

Negatory, it's the other way around. Xenons with AFS are an individual option on M35x models. In order to get the Advanced Tech package on the M35x you need to FIRST spec the standalone Xenons with AFS on the car as well as a carpeted trunk mat, not the other way around.

The biggest change was the rearranging of the packages. Many of the options that were available with the Journey Package in '06 were omitted for '07 and shifted to the Tech Package such as the 8 speaker sound system and most notably, the reverse camera. Then, options that were included in the Tech package for '06 were bumped up to the Adv. Tech package for '07 such as the 14 speaker SOW sound system, LDW, ICC, BA w/ Preview etc...

Yup you are right to get the xenons in the m35x you have to select it as a standalone option... if you go with the advance tech pkg they are selected by default.

but dealers hardly have cars without the xenons and advance tech pkg...

the brochure is a little confusing if that is what you are reading through -- you're not the first person assuming the Xenon package is a standalone option.

i didn't become one of the top 25 sales consultants for Infiniti for the East Region for no reason =)

thats odd... well i checked the brochure and it seems like you can order.... plus when i bought my m35x (only 3 weeks back) i asked my sales guy that i want the xenons without the advance tech pkg... he says it can be done but i would have to special order it and that the car would take 3 months.....

maybe he must be just bs-ing so that i buy the one on the lot... and frankly even if i could order it i wasnt going to wait that long ... i needed a car in that week itself.

anyhow i guess it wasnt meant to be!
i wish they had the xenon's included in the tech pkg.... maybe for the 08!

If the car wasnt leased... I would have done it already!
heck... there are soo many things I wanna do...

1. lower the car - looking at the Espelir Lowering Springs
2. exhaust (junction produce is the only one i liked so far, but they are $$$$ - and they are special order only)
3. HIDs (6000K - would match well with the twilight blue color)
4. move to 19" wheels (maybe - still contemplating)
5. All weather mats
6. Stainless Steel side blades - done

and everytime I am browsing the net for these items and my wife spots me doing this.... all she says is "think about it... its leased"
