On the G in the picture how did you get the bumper lights to illuminate?
Did you put bulbs in them or did they come that way?
My 03 doesnt light up.

you put the light stalk in the position between between auto and on...

Off --> Auto --> Bumper --> On

That is correct, those pictures were taken with the lights in the "parking lights" setting. Which is one thing that makes no sense to me. They make a "PARKING" light setting and yet they don't stay on when parked!? Only for a set amount of time....?

If you get a chance to hit the track with the M let us know how it goes... I had the oppurtunity to get my M45 on a circuit not too long ago, but passed because heavy cars + road courses haven't been too much fun in my previous experience (it was a tight course so it would not be suited for the car), but if I hear good things I may give it a shot the next time I have the opportunity.

Key Infiniti, eh? I use them for service.

I had no idea there was an abandoned race track near the Westin.

Thanks everyone!
Steven,
I'm with you on touring car + racetrack = bald tires, warped rotors and a so/so time. If I'm going to pay good money to get on a track, it won't be in a plus size luxury car. If I still had the G I would consider it, but even still... I'd prefer to have something that was built for punishment...

Rbull,
Come to think of it... I don't think I got any that day with the wheels straight. I'll be sure and get some next time I go out... The bugs were CRAZY and my legs got eaten alive so I was sort-a rushed in that sense...

GJ,
Yup, Key Infiniti... I'll be heading there in a few to pick my car up from getting the bluetooth/mic TSB. As for the track, it has been purchased within the last couple years by someone. Its not nearly as open as it used to be which sucks. I know the back way though...

Beware, apparently at least one of Key Infiniti's mechanics does not believe in starting wheel nuts with their fingers before going full-bore with a power tool. I discovered today that they completely stripped one of my wheel studs and nuts.

Get jessica on that, they have been very fair to me so far... though buying two vehicles in 7 months might have something to do with it... haha/ugh... Anyway, I'd tell her and see what she says, and say they are the only ones that have ever worked on the car...

Don't get me wrong, any time on a track is going to be a blast... but like you said... give me an M45 and I'll have a blast in it on the track. Though, I think I roasted the brakes yesterday coming over the bridge. The car felt like the rotors were bending in half... Are the sport G35S brakes bigger than the M I wonder...? or how much the G37 Brakes would be? I heard the bolted right up to the G35...
