Divulge - how did you get into an m56? Final production vehicles aren't even out yet last I'd read. Can you compare the power to your G (stock?)? Night and day, or just a little more fun?

infiniti sent an m56 and a couple other cars to the big 10 tourney and they came to my dealership. we have a prototype and i got to drive it. im also going for the new training on it in 2 weeks.

its quite a bit faster. lotsa tq right off idle. gets to 100 pretty damn fast.....or so im told

My local dealer had a radio ad today saying the 2011 M has arrived, and is in stock. But the Infiniti USA website still doesn't list it.

I just came back from test driving a White Base M37. The interior is stunning with the dark wood standing out as very rich looking. The seats were disappointing to me from the previous base M35 for lacking the extra padding and being somewhat overly firm on the back with little side support. I just happen to love the previous M35 seat. I know the sport seats are an improvement but I'm not going the Sport Route with the firm suspension.Acceleration was more than ample, braking precise, handling excellent with a very quiet ride. Overall, a very pleasant experience. My only issue is that I am not overly exuberant with the exterior design, I just can't put my finger on it, and maybe it's the white color. I saw a black one that was extremely attractive, but of course almost anything looks better in black. It seems like a great car, a super value in it's class, and may take some getting used to for me on its outside lines. Grant it, there are some pictures of this car that make it look exceptional. Again, I'm sure the 20s and the right color also helps. I need to go back again, and eventually do the Courtesy extended drive.

If you go on the Infiniti site and build your M, you'll notice an "Infiniti R-Spec" high friction brake pad option? Has this always been offered?

Why is the legroom in the rear seat so bad Take out trunk space for some legroom imo.
