well my CCW's are 18x10 and their for sale 
it didnt take long maybe about a week and half...they make everything in house so if its not in stock they will make it for you. if your thinking of getting CCW's either my set or a new set let me know ill point you in the right direction

I'm debating whether to get polished lip and gold centers or white centers. On my red evo. I think the white center would be nice, but I haven't seen it yet. So I can't be so sure.

sorry i dont know that many ppl out in cali
depends i got the classics...lm20s might be more or less plus your getting them .5" bigger so it hards to give you a estimated price.
i would do full polish....it looks really good on red

Well since i got the car ive replaced most of the factory lights with LEDs. So far ive got the dome lights, door lights, footwell lights, trunk light, plate lights done. My latest mod is replacing the parking lights with LEDs. Here are some quick cell phone pictures Enjoy 
just curious OP -- on your TL, were you running a cold air intake ?? that contributed to the hydrolock??
