Polished Crawford Plenum with ceramic coating on the inside to prevent heat soak. Comes with all hardware though you may need to get some new nylon or high temp rubber washers for the center bolts (they warp as you tighten them, but cost only a few cents at Lowes - the ones I have on might work fine).

There is a 3/8" NPT plug in the neck of the plenum, which I used for my Haltech air intake temp sensor. You can take that plug out with an 8 mm hex socket if you need to use it. Otherwise, it has no additional taps (comes with 1 large and 2 small vacuum ports standard with nipple fittings, 1 not shown).
