Really depends on what looks best for the whole car. I'll need to wait for the wheels to come in and finalize everything.

Finally painting my own headlights after a couple sets.

Should I keep the projector shroud silver or paint it black?

These are my old headlights. you should just keep the interior of the shroud silver. Never seen anyone else do it like me. I miss it!

I say leave the projector chrome & leave the silver colored piece thats removable silver.

+1 on leaving the projector shroud chrome. Since you have them open already, why don't you quad projector them with matching shroud?

Since were on this topic, what kind of wiring is involved for quads?

The way i have it is that it just replaces the foglights, so they only come on when I switch the foglight ****. I think you CAN make it so they turn on by themselves, but I haven't tried it. If you haven't already upgraded your foglight bulbs to HID, then you will also need a ballast for the new projectors' HID's.
