I concur with the NO. In general painting stock wheels is a way of saying "I want but cannot afford aftermarket rims so im trying to not be stock, but im stock". I am not a big fan of black rims to begin with, but if done right they can look good. So if you decide to join the dark side (lol) , do so on a nice set of aftermarket rims and make sure it matches the "theme" of your car. (i.e. dark tinted window, tinted clearcorners, vinyl roof, ect.).
