yes and its CF version, he had issues with it being really thin too, there were pics of the hood bending with 1 finger pushing on it

Yea, it is the HD hood. And no it isn't the CF version, this is the fiberglass version. And yes, it is wafer thin.

Everyone pretty much knows how I feel about the quality of it. No more point in ranting about it.

Lol I'm gonna think twice about gettin that hood maybe I should just get the AMS/Slayer hood and shave the center part. I heard even the hood shocks for lighter hoods don't work very well on the HK since it's so thin...

Don't get me wrong, I love the way the hood looks. I just absolutely hate how it is made.

With the amount of money I've already spent getting it repaired / repainted / reworked, I'm too far invested in to get something else.

Alright for quality purposes I'll stick with AMS/Slayer hood and shave is down the middle which is essentially what the HD hood is. By the way is anyone looking for an authentic V1 mastergrade cf trunk?

 

Yes, that's the fiberglass Hikkata Dori version. I'm aware Strafe used the picture of my car. I told Dustin that it was fine.

And you are correct, that is the CF version on Kris79's APR Widebody G35. If I remember right, I do believe he is the former president / owner of Hikkata Dori.

Him and Veronica (I ride G) used to be vendors here on this forum but now it looks like both Strafe Automotive and CarBodyKits / Aero Design / Eric are now vendors that can distribute the Hikkata Dori line.
