how many of u DG guys had to or chose to remove the side moulings that run down the doors and into the rear quarters? my car has them and im going to remove them but dont want any marks where they were..The cars an 04 no paint or body work but still seems it might be aged compared to whats underneath the trim?

I did it...it was a pain. Driver's rear quarter had fade, so I had a body shop repaint the area. Getting residual adhesive off was the worst part. I got blisters on my fingers from it. I'm sure there is an easier way, but too late now. When I brought it into the body shop they said they would have done it for $40. In retrospect, I wish I would have done that.

If you decide to do it yourself do it slowly. You will chip paint off if you rush.

ya ive been holding off since its winter here. i mean i have a heater in my garage but id rather let the car sit out in the sun for a while then heat them up even more with hair dryer and my salamander or something and slowly peel off. think im gonna wait till the summer before i do it but do know its gotta be done. Just really dont wanna regret it after if i have issues cause i have super ocd about little things that arent right
