I cut the dust shields

The difference in stopping power is huge .... not to mention BBK looks nice, more people should do it although I bet most wont bc they have to sacrifice lip in the front for BBk but atleast the Akebono rear calipers fit behind Work's O-disk I just needed the R up front

Serges, I can't quite tell from that pic but looks like the face is pretty close to the oem calipers already if that's so be prepared to buy a small spacer so you can fit a BBK

O disk will fit Akebonos up to a certain point. I know with +6, Mark told me I had to go with the A disk in order to fit them. IIRC, +12 is the lowest offset you can go with the O disk to fit them - I'd have to look it up to be certain.

I could have sworn that it didn't matter if it was O-disc in the back to fit over the Akebono caliper or not, unless you know something that I don't Drew... which more than likely could be the case.

I know that with my A-disc in the front, I had to run a 15mm spacer to clear my brembo.

Just got home from being out with a lady. I'd look it up - I have it stated factually in one of my posts - too lazy to search it right now, haha. I have a 730am class tomorrow. Summer is over. I'll find it for you guys tomorrow. If someone absolutely needs it in order to correctly order disks on wheels, shoot them over to me and I'll make it priority.

Edit: Apparently I only have 1 post that matches "akebono, disk" in a search. haha. I only stated you start pushing the clearance with positive offsets. I know for a fact Mark told me A disk for the rear on Akebonos. I supposed you COULD call WORK USA directly and asked their specialists.

^^I specifically chose the 0 disc because mark said i could fit the akebonos.....so i'm going to be pissed if my setup isn't going to work without spacers

Fuark. Now I'm second guessing myself. I deleted all my msgs from Mark since I needed the room. haha. I'll call WORK tomorrow. I know a lot of people ask these disk clearance questions.
