no I had to use a 5mm spacer with hubcentric ring in the front to clear the brakes, and it make the wheel sit perfect with the fender line

I have had the s-tech about 4 months, and yes they have settled I love the ride quality out of them as well. Firestone was also able to get it back into spec after it settled which I was supprised
