I'm pissed!!!!!!!!
I don't even know if I want to put them on now. The fvkin tire shop put light scratches ALL the way around the outside lip of 3 of the rims and one has it part of the rim!

There are even a couple of tiny nics.

I don't know if the scratches can be buffed out or not. Fvck!

dam....I wouldnt put them on. I would take them back tomorrow and b^tch at them.

I am in no way trying to be rude here but if your wife picked them up, do you think that she could have accidently scratched them? I know my fiance probably would have scratched them by sliding them on the ground.

Yeah, I don't think I am going to put them on now...I'm so pissed.

No worries, KrazyEd, I know what you're sayin. My wife never touched them. I put them in the van this morning (in boxes), they pulled them out and put them back in. They stayed in the van till I got home and I pulled them out. She even noticed the scratches and said something to the guys but didnt really think they were as bad as they are I guess. They're not deep scratches, more like surface scratches but its all around the outside of the lip. It looks dull now.

I am definately going to take them in first thing tomorrow morning.

Sorry guys, looks like this is going to have to wait even more now.

sorry to hear bro. It sounds like those dumb a$$es mounted them incorrectly. Every experienced and knowledgeable shop will know, those wheels have to be 'reverse mounted' on rubber blocks to protect the outer lip from getting scratched. Go back and give them **** and to pay to get them refinished.

Can I least get a pic to see how they look with the tires on them?

Yeah, I need to start going to some custom shops...no more of these retail tire shops. Its like hit or miss with these a55es. When they worked on my Volks, they did a perfect job.

Kenneth at AutoMotiveMods is looking into having them replaced. That means I have to send them back.

I'm going to do a test fit on one side right now Chico. I'll shoot some pics and send them over to you in a bit.

Chris, I'm so sorry to hear that this happened. I have a couple good tire shops in the Bay Area I could have referred you to. Let me know if I can be of any assistance in helping you get this straightened out...

Thanks Boris. I may hit you up later on for the recomendations on the shops. I am officially done with Les Schwab and Americas Tires. (don't laugh at me too hard)

Kenneth is going to see what can be done tomorrow. I am also going to call a rim repair shop in Walnut Creek to get a ball park on what it would cost to get my BRAND NEW, NEVER DRIVEN ON RIMS repaired

Oh, on a good note....I did a test fit and they seem to be a perfect fit
