Those wheels are the SSR Proffesor MS1. 19x9 and 19x10.5

 

I doubt but it says in the Mass General laws as long as it does not flash or blink or strobe your fine.

its a led that goes around the projector lense when the running lights are turned on,....id be worried about being pulled over for "impersonating a police officer"....factory hid's are blue'ish...and red.....

its FACKING sick looking tho.....lol
