Man that was the worst dealer i ever dealth with. I would never tell anyone to go there. I totally agree with you about them being dishonest and rude!

 

Some lady just called me from there to get my impressions of the sale, car, etc. I'm going to call her back and ask her to write me an email with what she wants to know because I'm going to have sooooo many issues to bring up.

Replaced my Brembos with non-OEM pads after we agreed upon Brembo OEM pads, told me my coupe's warranty was up in June (no mention of factory 72 month powertrain warranty) and convinced me to buy their warranty by telling me it was pro-rated and I could get a pro-rated amount back if I sold the car (FALSE). Apparently resprayed random panels prior to sale with sh*tty paint that has started to chip/has orange-peeled clearcoat.

Other issues I don't feel like getting into because I'm already getting heated!!!

 

Yea man they also resprayed my driver fender and now the paint is fading a little. Yea they told me my warranty would end in April but when i took it to the Infinit dealer they said it ended in february. I wish that lady would call me.

When did you buy? I bought at the end of July. Maybe she'll get around to calling you soon as well.

Maybe she's calling because I filed a dispute with Amex a while back. (used it for the down payment)

Oh, and I forgot they had to OVERNIGHT my tags/registration because they conveniently "forgot" to do that. It took them exactly 60 days to get me my tags/registration - even longer for the title. Absolutely unacceptable.

Oh and the guy who tinted my windows works with car auctions occasionally and knows how shady that dealership is, to say the least. He said they're one of, if not the worst he's ever dealt with. Live and learn!

I also bought the car at the end of July. I didn't have any problem getting my tags but they forgot extra stuff which they said they would include such as an extra remote (the one they had was crap), owners manuel, and thecigarette lighters (missing both of them). I ended up getting none of them after i called countless times. The service there is by far the worst of any dealer.

Haha I forgot about the missing stuff... I was (well, still am )missing the cupholder insert for under the armrest and also floormats. They ganked two front ones out of another coupe with Graphite interior to put into mine but couldn't find rears. Aside from the cosmetic issues, however, I am happy to say I haven't had a single mechanical problem with the car. *Knock on wood*
