i would never mod a G for speed. our cars are way to heavy. i've been to the tracks and i have to say that our cars don't do well. TT, supercharged, etc etc... Getting smoked by some pos tin can civic. why bother?

uh, i would have to dissagree... if by "pos tin can civic" you mean a stripped out race ready car, then yeah you'll get smoked in ur daily driven G. on the other hand if you do the same to your car(but who really want's to get rid of all that leather and comfort you payed so much for?) you'd be the one smokin' him. also depends on the track, on a tight track a lil FWD 4bangger would do well BUT on a bigger track w/some nice streches a high powered light-wieght FR machine would kill.

G's don't do to well at the tracks. I've been to many and the G's don't get any respect at all. TT, supercharged, etc etc... They all barely hit 14's.. And they spend at least 15-20k on those TT setups..

While, you can spend less then 7k on a pos civic. To run 11's and better.
