Athens Blue coupe misc pics
Here's my 2006 coupe as of today. It's supposed to be Athens Blue, but I think the previous owner had a shop add an extra coat of clear on the paint, so it appears darker than usual AB coupes.
I really haven't added much in terms of the engine, because I'm going through oil consumption tests. I think it's using about 1/3 quart per 1000 miles. But once I get that issue sorted out, I'll add all the ported/polished intake manifold/crawford header mods from my 03 IP coupe (in the background of the pics).
One day I'll take pics in a more photogenic environment.
Otherwise I'm done modding the car. Mods are (those ones I can remember):
TE37s in Mercury silver, standard 19*9.5 and 19*10.5, +22
Tein basics (I need to raise it, it's too low for daily driving)
clear bra
quad projector setup (took me 6 months to do this) TSX/TL + clear lenses, 50W ballast, CCFL clearance
GT spec mid chassis brace (I'm scraping this thing every bump now)
brembo brakes 13.6" rotor in front, standard 12.7" in the rear, two piece floating rotors all 4 corners, nismo pads all 4 corners.
and a few other things (intake, exhaust piping, etc)
Enjoy.
I had extra clear bra material, so I put some over the volk stickers. I bought the rims used, so the stickers already had minor scuffs.

I usually don't like modified G35 coupes, but yours looks amazing. Athens blue is a great color and those rims are fanastic. Props to you and those headlights as well.
edit: I just realized my friend put a gold set of those on his black RX-8 and they look fantastic on that as well.

I was going to take more pics of the Athens Blue coupe today, but it was overcast for most of the day. The paint looks nicer in the sunlight.
