agreed, the yellow car is not a Ferrari. It looks like a C4 with a new front end.

that yellow ferrari looks like a 355?..or a testerosta(however u spell it)..not to sure

 

I'm thinking the yellow car is a C4 Corvette as well. The hood lines at the front exactly match a C4, just a new nose installed on it. No Ferrari badge in the middle of the hood or lower intake grill, the front driving lights do not match either a 348 or 355, the dashboard is flat all the way across as in the C4 (348 and 355 have a gauge binnacle), there is no air intake on the hood in front of the windshield, and neither the 348 or 355 have traditional door handles like the yellow car shows.
