looking for new shoes opinions?

Size I am not set on as of yet but looking at 18, 19 and 20 options. Definately a 9-10 inch rear with a 4 to 6 inch lip. Fronts probably a 3-4 inch lip to match. So far a few choices..

Axis Widetrack..

Status R930..
http://www.statuswheels.com/wheels/w...=66&brand_id=2

Status R280
http://www.statuswheels.com/wheels/w...=44&brand_id=2

Status Dynasty S802
http://www.statuswheels.com/wheels/w...=60&brand_id=1

I am sure I could use some input of other options. My main goal is to be 10 spoke or less. I have had High spoke count wheels before and learned what a B***ch they are to keep clean. And I did good getting them in black with a polished lip.

I like the Axis rims the best, followed the R 930 and 280's.

yep status is garbage, get the axis if you like those. you'll learn later to just save and get high end rims... but the axis will do for now..

wow, seriously, i have nothing against chrome, but those status wheels are pure garbage design...if all i can pick are those choices you've put up, then i guess i will have to choose the axis reluctantly...but like others have said, save up and get some better rims

I like the Axis better than the Status definitely...however, none of them are my taste. Keep in mind too if you put chrome on your ride is will slow it down and eat your gas (I have Chrome Panther 18's on my Eclipse. Since I upgraded from the stock 16's my mileage and speedodometer are off. But I learned to live with it, for the last 6 years, hehehe). I am looking at Zinik's for my G35. http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/Wheel...All&sort=Brand
I LOVE these, but my taste is different than most ;-).

My things of criteria are deep rear lip 5" preferred will settle for 4" And a 3 -4" lip up front. I learned my lesson about multispoke wheels.

My last car it was a bitch to keep them clean. And they were black with a polished lip.

So I am leaning to 10 spoke or less. (but that could change). And The other reason for looking over is well they fit my budget of 2K or less. Don't get me wrong I would really like a set of Asanti but realistically I don't have time to worry about my wheels being ripped off or road rashing them. My car sits in a parking lot all day unsupervised and well its notorious for being targeted. And I need to replace my tires and well the stock wheels have road rash since purchasing the car I figure go all the way. I still have my other money pit to attend to as well and have to choose my wasteful spending wisely.

A couple of other options I have looked over.

I really like the Sakata's. But then you are back to multi-spoke...I think those are the nicest. The spokes are far apart compared to your last set, so maybe easier to clean?? I do like them, classy.
